I have been reflecting recently on a closing that just occurred where the seller I represented was able to exit the situation with maybe $400 to spare. We had managed to squeak the closing by and achieve the larger goal of moving on from a previous chapter in life. The 4% package was the key factor in this situation and it makes me feel good knowing that I am able to not only help in these situations, but I embrace them. 


Real estate services do not have to be expensive.
